The primarily virtual event Mould Production 2020, organised by Industry Education and its partners, provides an opportunity to introduce in detail solutions intended specifically for mould-makers and mould repairs and modifications centres. The event's virtual format was chosen partly due to the uncertain epidemiological situation, but also because we believe in its good prospects and appreciate the many possibilities it provides in contrast to live events, such as long-term archiving of content, ability to acquire detailed statistics, unlimited communication options and much more. However, the event will not be solely virtual. Over the course of the event's three-day duration, we will also hold an in-person meeting with experts, representatives of industrial unions and government organisations in Brno and conclude the event with a networking meeting in Prague.
The path of the modern customer is different from in the past. Customers do their own market research and it is they who decide whom to contact about potential trade. Traditional dealers who go from company to company offering their services are slowly becoming a thing of the past. But for that to work, one fundamental prerequisite must be met: The potential customer must know of you, which means you have to be visible. However, neither standard advertising, whether printed or electronic, nor traditional trade fairs are going to help you much in this respect. That is because these do not give you the ability to show what you have on offer for that specific customer in particular. And today's discerning customers care little about all the things you can do and offer. They do not care about if your customers were satisfied with the products you offer or who those customers were. They want to get a clear picture of how the product will function in their specific conditions and have to believe that in the end, they in particular will be satisfied.
Take advantage of the opportunity to make yourself visible and showcase the solutions you have prepared for various applications in mould production and servicing. And, if possible, demonstrate them with specific examples and specific customers. After all, there is no better advertisement than a satisfied and successful customer of your own. Show off your technologies and take the opportunity to offer your services and capacities.
